Can I get my 4.3.5 back

I wanted to jailbreak my iphone and found a link to do so. When I clicked on the download it was a trick and it actually downloaded 7.1.1 Is there a way I can uninstall the last update so I can get back to my 4.3.5? Can I jailbreak my phone at this point?
