Guide on how to tether iPhone without jailbreaking (and Apple approved)

I've written a guide to set up tethering that is Apple approved (ok, technically it's proxying). It's might be complicated at first, but once everything is setup, enabling tethering is quick.

Also since traffic is encrypted by vSSH I don't think it's possible for Verizon (or other providers) to detect the proxied traffic.
