I phone 4 error -1

i have iphone 4 in recovery mode.

i try to restore it by the itunes and by a framework ios7 (iPhone3,1_7.0.4_11B554a_Restore.ipsw).

in the first, the error is 2 and now the error is (-1).

help me please
