Would anyone want to do me a fav? Lil html5 menu thing? I dont have the time

I would owe a big one and think that can return favor :)

Basically would need this jscript turned into html (or phpwise as running all in php):




and ofcource the menus underneath that .js. just needs lil adjusting and lil css conf...not much :)
