I'm on 7.1 is it possible to update to 7.1.2 after release of 8.2

Apple replaced my phone and it came loaded with iOS 7.1. I want to update to 7.1.2 like I had on the old phone, but do not have a backup and iTunes is only allowing me the option to update to 8.2. Anyone know of a way to update to the iOS 7.1.2?
